About the Founders
Choices and Changes Youth Services, Inc. was founded by Kevin Harrison and Tim
Hairston in 2004 for the purpose of having a significant positive impact on the
lives of abused and neglected children in Kentucky. They have a combined 24 years
of experience in supervision and direct care for youth in need.
