About the Founders

Choices and Changes Youth Services, Inc. was founded by Kevin Harrison and Tim Hairston in 2004 for the purpose of having a significant positive impact on the lives of abused and neglected children in Kentucky. They have a combined 24 years of experience in supervision and direct care for youth in need.

The third Founder of Choices and Changes was the late Reverend Erwin Keith Scott.  Reverend Scott loved children, and placed a high priority on education.  We would like to honor his life by promoting a scholarship in his name for kids who have aged out of the program and have attended at least one year in continuing education.  Contact us for more information about the Reverend Erwin Keith Scott Scholarship Fund.
